About the role
A team leadership role responsible for the delivery and management of a hybrid service desk, inclusive of both remote and site based end-user support.
The Service Desk is the first level of end user support within a complex, multi-domain environment. Operating within a standard ITSM delivery model and focused on providing fast, efficient, and effective support to end users at NMTAFE.
To be successful in this role you will have experience in the following areas:
- Leading a diverse team of IT professionals to manage and support end users both in-person and remotely.
- Complex IT environments with high demand
- ITIL frameworks and ticket management best practices
- Leading and development of staff
- Implementing business improvements for processes and procedures.
