About the Role

The Bookings Officer administers the bookings of VenuesWest venue space and physical resources to ensure optimum usage, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

We currently have one permanent, part time role available.

The position offers 15 hours (0.4 FTE) per week. 

Whilst the position will be based at Perth High Performance Centre in Mount Claremont, mobility may be required between the portfolio of facilities.

About the Person

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role including the ability to coordinate bookings and work within guidelines to provide a quality customer service; Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and experience in using an electronic booking system.
