JOB DESCRIPTION: 

The Parliamentary Education Office is seeking a highly organised and proactive administration officer with excellent interpersonal skills to support the delivery of parliamentary education and community development programs. In this role, you will coordinate tour bookings and schedules, liaise directly with clients including members of Parliament, complete a range of administrative tasks such as minute taking and record keeping, and participate actively in the planning, co-ordination and delivery of educational and community engagement programs and projects. You will also be required to deliver tours as part of the parliamentary education program for schools, the public, and community groups visiting Parliament House, and assist with preparing special parliamentary exhibits and programs.

This is a fixed-term, fulltime contract until mid-March 2027.
