The Strategy, Performance and International Engagement Group shapes and aligns strategy, policy, planning, evaluation and communication across the Department of Energy and Economic Diversification (DEED) to ensure effective delivery, resource utility and a continued focus on Government’s priorities. The Group also leads the Government’s investment, trade and international engagement agenda.

We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused HR professional with considerable experience delivering generalist HR advisory services at a senior level. You will have a strong track record in successfully delivering people‑related projects and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Experience providing HR advice across international jurisdictions, including interpreting local labour laws, will be highly regarded.

If this sounds like the perfect role for you, we encourage you to apply!
