An opportunity exists for a talented and enthusiastic
Clinical Nurse Manager to join the team in Carnarvon –
Midwest.
Carnarvon, WA, is a coastal town 900 km north of Perth, nestled
between the Indian Ocean and Gascoyne River. Known as the food bowl
of Western Australia, it produces tropical fruits like bananas and
mangoes. With a semi-arid climate, it offers warm winters and hot
summers. Attractions include the Carnarvon Space and Technology
Museum, Quobba Station’s blowholes, and Kennedy Range National
Park. Its Coral Coast location makes it a gateway to Ningaloo Reef.
Outdoor enthusiasts enjoy world-class surfing at Red Bluff and
Tombstones, plus excellent fishing, kite surfing, and spearfishing

Position Profile:
Provides management and clinical leadership within the general
ward, and Renal unit to ensure safe effective and efficient service
provision. Provides support to the Coordinator of Nursing &
Midwifery in developing and implementing goals for general ward,
and renal unit service provision including human and material
resource management, safety and quality agenda and governance
processes. Mentors, manages and performance develops staff under
direct supervision.
