Eligibility

To be eligible for appointment to permanent positions in the West Australian Public Sector you must be an Australian citizen or have permanent resident status in Australia.

Successful applicants must possess one (1) of the following qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Hospitality (with Commercial Cookery or Catering or Kitchen Operations speciality) and/or
  • Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and/or
  • Certificate IV in Catering Operations and/or Trade Pathway (Apprenticeship).

  1. Provide a comprehensive Resume / Curriculum Vitae, that clearly outlines your transferable skills, experience and highlights your key achievements.
  2. A copy of your current Trade Certificate Qualifications as stated on the above Eligibility section. 
  3. Contact details of two (2) recent work referees, with one (1) of them being your current Line Manager where possible.

Subsequent Vacancies
