The Role

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Network Support Officer to join our team.

As a Network Support Officer, you would maintain the school’s Information Technology (IT) network to maximise both educational and administrative outcomes, within the Departmental asset management and security regulatory framework. You would Provide input on system enhancements and implement new systems through research and identification of appropriate IT resources as well as providing technical support and training to all users.

The successful applicant will ideally be tech savvy with good knowledge of network systems and platforms relevant to the operating environment. The ideal applicant would show their analytical and problem-solving capabilities relevant to the operational maintenance of Information Technology networks. In addition, the desired applicant should ideally possess good written, verbal and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate, develop and implement user-training procedures to staff members.
