About The Role:
The Senior Business Analyst provides business analysis services and deliverables to support the digital transformation and continuous improvement of business processes within the Department of Housing and Works (DHW). The role requires the application of relevant frameworks, methodologies and standards to document business and system processes and functions and assess the impact of organisational and systems changes.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have experience in configuring and developing an IT Service Management system, and/or other business applications. They will have practical experience delivering functional and capability analysis, and have proven ability to translate both technical concepts into business context, and business requirements into technical specifications. They will be able to demonstrate highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, including a strong understanding of their business and technology stakeholders.
The position operates in Personal Leadership context. This means that you are required to demonstrate personal accountability for delivering excellence and support your team and agency in delivering strategic goals. You will be expected to build and nurture relationships and be willing to seek feedback and learn.
