About the role
This is a dynamic, outward‑facing role where your work makes a real impact on people, businesses and the local economy. As the Senior Client Engagement Officer (Industry Liaison), you will be right at the centre of the action - partnering with employers, industry groups and community stakeholders to shape workforce solutions that genuinely meet industry needs. You will connect businesses with talent, champion apprenticeships and traineeships, and translate workforce challenges into practical training and employment pathways. If you thrive on building influential relationships, spotting opportunities and turning ideas into outcomes that support skills growth, employment and community prosperity, this role offers variety, purpose and influence every day.

About the College
North Metropolitan TAFE (NMTAFE) is the State Government’s vocational education and training provider for northern Perth.

We work alongside learners, industry and community to build skills, create opportunity and strengthen our region. Across 10 campuses and more than 400 courses in 48 industry areas, our focus is simple, deliver high-quality training that supports participation, drives productivity and transforms lives.
