What is our Senior Occupational Therapist
role?
Due to new initiatives and staff movements, Osborne Park
Hospital has multiple Senior Occupational Therapy positions on the
horizon and are seeking experienced OTs to join our
well-established service.
As a Senior Occupational Therapist (OT) across our
Sir Charles Gairdner Osborne Park Hospital Group, you will
be providing Occupational Therapy assessment, intervention and
discharge planning services for inpatients and/or out-patients as
part of a multidisciplinary team across specialty clinical areas,
including:
- Geriatric Acute Rehabilitation Medicine (GARM)
- Inpatient (sub-acute and rehabilitation)
- Day Therapy Unit (Falls, Memory, Parkinson’s)
- Hospital Avoidance (Frailty Rapid Access Clinic,
Rapid Response Service)
- Older Adult Health Hub
- Stroke Rehabilitation (Inpatient, Outpatient, Early
Supported Discharge)
- Department of Rehabilitation Medicine (DRM)
- Inpatient
- Outpatient Under 65s
- Amputee
- Surgical Services
- 7 Day Service – inpatient and rapid response weekend
and,
- Community Aids and Equipment Programme (CAEP).

This role reports to an Occupational Therapy Coordinator.
