Registrar - Trainee - Paediatrics - Medical Oncology


Position profile:
To manage inpatients and outpatients in the Oncology Department and undertake other clinical, teaching and research duties as directed by the Head of Department. The trainee will execute these duties under direct supervision of senior oncology trainee and responsible consultant of the area. The primary objective of the training is to allow the trainee to assess their aptitude and interest in undertaking further specialised training in the field of oncology.

Area Profile: The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) treats children from around Western Australia and is committed to programs that promote lifelong health in children and adolescents. CAHS is made up of Neonatology, Community Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services and Perth Children’s Hospital.
