What is our Work
Health and Safety Consultant role?
This position
is responsible for providing a comprehensive work health and safety
(WHS) consultancy service to designated areas within North
Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS) in line with an area approach.
This includes:
- Planning, developing and
implementing WHS strategies and programs, providing training
and education to strengthen the workplace safety culture
throughout NMHS.
- Ensuring
legislative compliance and WHS risks are managed through
effective consultation and support.
- Developing and
maintaining partnerships with key internal and external
stakeholders to support outcomes and initiatives to promote
health and wellbeing in the workplace.
This role
reports to the Principal Work Health and Safety
Consultant.

Eligibility
to Apply: Australian
citizenship or permanent residency is an essential requirement for

Australia for the period of the contract.

of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses
