This is a fixed term appointment for
76 hours per fortnight until 17/01/2027, with the possibility of
extension(s) and/or permanency.

Eligibility to Apply: To be eligible for
appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed
term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident,
or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for
permanent appointments).
Other Conditions: WA Health engages
staff in positions of trust and responsibility. WA Health policies
require applicants to undertake a criminal records screening and
integrity checking as part of the appointment process. As well as
undertaking a criminal record screening and integrity checking, you
may also be required to undertake a working with children check (if
required for the role) and a pre-employment health assessment. We
may ask referees to comment on your integrity and past
demonstration of ethical behaviour. Please note that adverse
information does not necessarily disqualify an applicant but will
be considered as part of the appointment process.
Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the
above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar"
vacancies throughout the health service. In addition to this,
should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised
vacancy, then the next most suitable applicant may also be selected
from this process. Both of these options remain valid for a period
of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses
the recruitment decision.
Position Profile: This position coordinates,
develops and supports the design, implementation, and evaluation of
Digital Transformation projects, including planning for the Electronic Medical
Record (EMR), across the WA Country Health Service (WACHS).
It is responsible for high-level research, analysis and
implementation of digital solutions to enable continuous service
improvement that is focused upon improving patient outcomes,
clinical efficiency and organisational reform.
Area Profile: Our Data and Digital Innovation
team provides digital solutions, infrastructure, and data support
for WACHS sites. We are committed to providing patients with
quality healthcare regardless of location, social or cultural
barriers. Our telehealth programs are helping to breakdown these
barriers. Underpinning success is our commitment to research
partnerships and building a culture that dares to challenge, lead,
and support innovative ways of delivering health services.Our
