About The Role
The Public Transport Authority (PTA) is seeking a highly organised and proactive professional to provide business support to the Customer Strategy and Communications division (CSAC). This role delivers a comprehensive range of administrative and management support services that enable the division to operate efficiently and effectively, including financial and contract management, internal and external reporting, coordination of policies and meetings, and support for key initiatives. You will oversee the workload of the CSAC administration team and lead the delivery of customer‑focused administrative services, ensuring high‑quality project documentation, accurate data entry, and timely reporting.
The successful candidate will provide expert advice on business management matters, prepare and monitor budgets, draft contracts and procurement documentation, and act as secretariat for meetings as required. You will also undertake research and investigations, develop and maintain secure and compliant administrative systems, and identify opportunities for process improvement. In addition, you will perform the role of Divisional Risk Coordinator, support branches within CSAC—particularly special events and public art—and contribute to joint ticketing agreements, finance, invoicing, and meetings. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail‑focused professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment and enjoys supporting strategic outcomes through strong governance and administration.
