The Construction Training Fund has one Permanent Full Time position available.

The CTF is a small team responsible for administration of a levy on all building and construction works in Western Australia. We use this levy to assist in a skilled workforce by funding training and programs for apprentices, trainees and their employers in the building and construction industry.
Our modern offices are based in Belmont with ample free parking onsite.

Job Description
The Programs Supervisor is responsible for the supervising of the day to day administration and quality delivery of the CTF grant programs.
The position supervisors a team of program administrators, processes program applications, data entry, prepares reports and responds to customer questions.
The role ensures the delivery of all programs run smoothly and efficiently and that stakeholders receive timely and accurate support.
Selection Criteria
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
- Strong administration, data entry, data analysis and data reporting skills.
- Strong technical skills including experience using MS Office Suite, databases and CMS systems
- Demonstrated problem solving skills, ability to identify trends/risks and development of workable solutions, continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated experience supervising programs of work and teams, ensuring process compliance and work quality.
- Demonstrated customer service skills and experience in building productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to inspire a team to ensure a team focused and collaborative approach.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
