Your new role
We are
seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced person for the
role of Director, Office of the Chief
Executive.
This is a
rare Permanent Full Time appointment opportunity to join the HSS
Executive Team.
As a member
of the HSS Executive Team, and the leader of the Office of the
Chief Executive Business Unit, you will be responsible
for:
- contributing to the
strategic direction and management of HSS and working
effectively as a member of the HSS Executive to drive culture,
engagement and excellence in customer service
delivery;
- supporting the HSS Chief
Executive with strategic priorities and ensuring the smooth
administration of all Chief Executive activities;
- providing leadership of
HSS core governance functions, including driving strategic
governance planning, direction, efficiency and
effectiveness;
- managing
and oversight of key relationships across the WA health system,
including ministerial and parliamentary liaison activities;
and
-
leading
and managing the Office of the Chief Executive Business
Unit which is responsible for:
- HSS internal
risk, compliance and audit functions in accordance with
statutory provisions of the Financial Management Act
2006 (WA);
- HSS corporate
communications, which includes media liaison and annual
reporting; and
- the smooth
operation of the HSS governing board and all compliance
requirements associated with HSS as a Board Governed
health service provider.

Are
