We
are seeking reliable and enthusiastic individuals to the role of
Storeperson Linen to join our team at Fremantle Hospital and Health
Service.
This role is
to provide a hospital linen service to a level determined by
impress requirements and removal of soiled linen from ward areas
for collection by a third party linen contractor.
This is a
recruitment pool for Permanent Full Time / Part Time, Fixed Term
Full Time / Part Time appointments with the possibility of
extensions and/or permanency.
Suitable
applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be
made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from
this pool until 30/06/2026.
To be
considered for this role you must have:
- Demonstrated experience
using a range of computer applications including Microsoft Word
and Outlook
- Good
problem-solving and organisational skills
- Willing
to undertake training in the receipt of goods and services
within a large organisation
- Able to
work well in a team
- Physical
capacity to perform duties in this position
- Demonstrate effective
interpersonal and communication skills (written and
verbal).
Previous
experience in a store person role or, previous experience in a
similar linen services environment (especially in a health care
setting) is desirable.
