A key part of your role will be continuing the work from our Respect in the Workplace program - helping foster a psychologically safe and inclusive environment. You’ll also work closely with leaders to identify workplace risks, navigate complex HR challenges, and deliver initiatives that improve the employee experience.

- Has demonstrated proven ability to identify and respond strategically to psychosocial risks
- Has experience working in large or complex organisations
- Is confident building relationships and partnering with a wide range of stakeholders
- Communicates clearly and persuasively—whether in conversations, reports or presentations
- Can manage competing priorities while staying focused on what matters most
- Brings energy, initiative, and a strong sense of integrity to everything you do

This is a Permanent Full-time role. This is a pool recruitment process where suitable applicants will be placed in a pool for 12 months. Applicants assessed as suitable through this process may be used to fill similar vacancies on a fixed term or permanent basis.
To be eligible to work permanently at the PTA you must be either an Australian Citizen or have Permanent Residency status.

HOW TO APPLY

- A comprehensive CV with two work related referees.
- A covering letter in no more than two pages providing a brief example that demonstrates your ability to apply generalist HR expertise to support a safe, inclusive, and values-driven workplace.
We’re particularly interested in how you’ve used your knowledge of contemporary HR practices to identify psychosocial risks, lead business improvements, and build strong working relationships across an organisation.
