What is the Role?

Join the ERA’s Licensing and Customer Protection (L&CP) team as an Assistant Regulatory Officer, where you’ll help administer utility licensing schemes, support compliance and customer protection activities, and contribute to regulatory projects that benefit Western Australians. You’ll engage with industry stakeholders, analyse licence applications and performance data, and play a key role in preparing reports and improving regulatory frameworks.

This role is ideal for a motivated, process-driven person with excellent attention to detail, strong project administration, analytical, and communication skills who thrives in a collaborative, continuous improvement-driven environment.

Knowledge of regulatory frameworks or the water, electricity or gas industries is not essential. We welcome applications from all industry backgrounds.
