This is a fixed term appointment for
76 hours per fortnight, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or
permanency.

Eligibility to Apply: To be eligible for
appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed
term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident,
or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for
permanent appointments).
Other Conditions: WA Health engages
staff in positions of trust and responsibility. WA Health policies
require applicants to undertake criminal records screening and
integrity checking as part of the appointment process. Referees may
also be asked to comment on an applicant’s integrity and past
demonstration of ethical behaviour.
Position Profile: Provides community-based
mental health assessments, intensive support interventions and care
coordination for adult clients of the South West Mental Health
service. Liaises with government and nongovernment service
providers to coordinate the provision of Mental Health services to
clients and educational support to those agencies.
Area Profile: The South West is located in the
southern-western corner of Australia and covers an area of nearly
24,000 square kilometres. It is Western Australia’s most popular
tourist destination and has unique biodiversity and a rich natural
environment. The Regional Health Service offers two (2) main health
facilities at Bunbury and Busselton. The Health Service is also
widely supported with a network of smaller hospitals and
Multi-Purpose Service (MPS) sites at: Augusta, Boyup Brook,
Bridgetown, Collie, Donnybrook, Harvey, Margaret River, Nannup,
Northcliffe, Pemberton and Warren.
