This is an appointment for Permanent Full Time.

Currently we are seeking a Safety and Quality Lead to join our team within Community Services. The successful applicant will provide management of the safety and quality program for Community Services. This includes coordination and oversight of clinical governance processes and performance reporting, safety and quality improvement initiatives and compliance with the national Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) standards and other standards relevant to the service. They will also povide leadership and expert guidance in the development and implementation of safety and quality approaches across Community Services programs, teams and sites while working collaboratively with other Safety and Quality teams and the SMHS Safety, Quality and Consumer Engagement teams in leading safety and quality for Community Services.
