What we’re looking for
A motivated individual to be a part of our Information Management Services team.
As the Business Support Officer, you will contribute to the ongoing consolidation and assist in the system maintenance of the Electronic Document Records Management System (EDRMS) in DoT. You will provide advice, support and training, enabling users to undertake recordkeeping activities that support business requirements.
This is an exciting opportunity to utilise and challenge your analytical and problem-solving skills, as part of a team enabling electronic recordkeeping process improvements. You will work effectively in a team environment and contribute positively to the achievement of team goals to ensure the Department’s work is supported by systems and processes that enhance the way we work and delivers results exceeding the expectations of our stakeholders and customers.
This is a permanent full-time position available for immediate filling.
