About The Role

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced professional to join Transperth as the Ticketing, Performance and Information Coordinator. This role plays a key part in ensuring high‑quality service delivery by coordinating, monitoring and evaluating the performance of Transperth service providers, managing contractual compliance, and implementing corrective actions where required, to meet agreed standards.

Working closely with the Manager, the position provides informed operational input into the development and application of Transperth ticketing policies, guidelines and standards, including advice on complex and contentious policy matters. The role also supports service performance through data analysis, ticket inspection campaigns and customer feedback management, and provides critical information and evidence to internal stakeholders and external agencies, including law enforcement, to support investigations and legal proceedings.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have: -

  • Demonstrated experience monitoring service performance within a public transport or service delivery environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Transperth fares, ticketing policies and public transport systems.
  • Well‑developed communication, negotiation and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in teams.
  • Proven analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work, solve problems and meet targets.
