Make a real impact where integrity, independence and technology intersect.
At the OAG, your technical expertise will directly support the integrity, reliability and future readiness of our technology environment. Working across infrastructure, networks, databases, cloud services and systems, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the OAG’s platforms are robust, well‑governed and able to support critical work without disruption.
This is a trusted, hands‑on technical role with real scope to influence how systems are designed, maintained and improved. You’ll take ownership of complex technical challenges, partner closely with stakeholders across the organisation, and contribute to technology initiatives that strengthen capability and resilience. With exposure to both operational priorities and forward‑looking projects, you’ll have the opportunity to continuously refine systems, anticipate risks and help shape technology solutions that deliver lasting value.
Our ideal candidate will be:
- an experienced systems professional who enjoys being the trusted go‑to when challenges arise
- comfortable working across cloud, on premises and hybrid environments
- confident navigating infrastructure, networks and security controls in complex settings
- curious about emerging technologies and smarter, more efficient ways of working
- able to explain technical risks and solutions clearly to non‑technical audiences
- proactive, forward‑thinking and improvement‑focused rather than reactive
- motivated by doing meaningful work and contributing to an organisation with a strong public purpose.
Please refer to the attached Job Description form (JDF) for more detailed position information.
