What is our Coordinator of Nursing Role?
The
Coordinator of Nursing provides strong professional and
operational leadership across nursing and multidisciplinary
teams within the specialty area and service. The role is
responsible for promoting and sustaining high standards of
patient care, quality, and safety.
Working
both autonomously and collaboratively, the Coordinator partners
with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to support
day‑to‑day operations, proactively identify and manage risks,
and drive continuous improvement.
In
collaboration with direct reports, the position oversees the
effective management of human, financial, and physical
resources within the specialty or service area. This includes
ensuring service delivery aligns with organisational policies,
strategic objectives, and the values of the Sir Charles
Gairdner Osborne Park Health Care Group (SCGOPHCG).

Eligibility to
Apply: Australian citizenship or
permanent residency is an essential requirement for applicants to

period of the contract.

from this process. Both of these options remain valid for a period
of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses
the recruitment decision.
