- support end‑to‑end employee relations case management, including performance management, misconduct, grievance resolution and fitness for work matters
- identify opportunities and lead projects and initiatives to improve HR processes, systems and service delivery.
About you
You’ll bring strong experience in employee relations–focused HR, with proven skills in managing a wide range of cases including performance, conduct, grievances and fitness for work matters. You understand employment legislation, awards and compliance requirements, and you’re comfortable giving clear, practical advice that helps leaders make confident, well‑reasoned decisions.
You have demonstrated experience in:
- turning strategy into action through confident business partnering
- identifying and managing risk early with clear, practical advice
- driving outcomes through timely, respectful and courageous conversations
- building capability through hands‑on mentoring and support.
