About the role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to fill the position of Manager Caseflow.
The Manager Caseflow is responsible for providing high quality service within the Supreme Court’s registry. The incumbent of the position will lead the Caseflow team and oversee the Court’s case management, quality assurance, and data integrity reports.
In this role, you will monitor customer service standards and provide assistance to the Court’s internal and external stakeholders. You will provide support and development to the Caseflow team and personal staff in court processes and procedures.
Ideal candidates will bring knowledge and experience on the practice and procedures in the civil, criminal and probate jurisdictions of the Court.
In the course of their duties, incumbents will be exposed to evidence and other materials associated with serious criminal offences. This material may be confronting and/or disturbing for some individuals.
Eligibility
To be eligible for appointment to permanent positions in the West Australian Public Sector you must be an Australian citizen or have permanent resident status in Australia.

- Extensive working knowledge of Court operations, policies and protocols.

Subsequent Vacancies
Applicants found suitable but not recommended for this vacancy, may be considered for subsequent similar vacancies in the Department of Justice for a period of twelve (12) months, in accordance with Part 5 (General Appointment) of the Commissioner's Instructions No. 2: Filling a Public Sector Vacancy and Commissioner’s Instructions and No. 39: Interim Arrangements to Fill Public Sector Vacancies. Permanent, fixed term, full time and part time appointments may be offered at the Supreme Court of Western Australia during this period.
