To be successful, you
will have...
- Eligible for registration
in the category of Registered Nurse by the Nursing and
Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Demonstrated ability to
deliver education sessions using a variety of strategies and
recent experience in the delivery of clinical care and the use
of clinical skills.
- Demonstrated advanced
nursing practice within the speciality area.
- Demonstrated effective
interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills and
the ability to analyse and problem solve.
- Demonstrated ability to
work independently in a team environment and use high levels of
initiative to achieve required outcomes in a specified time
period.
- Advanced skills in using
computer software and presentation methodologies applying Adult
learning principles.
Position
Profile:
Assist in the coordination of
the clinical learning and development programs for staff in their
designated work location and region. Facilitate clinical
competencies, teaching and developing, improving the capacity of
the workforce at unit level and act as resource person for learning
and development projects.
