The Opportunity
We are seeking a Manager Business and Systems Support to provide strong leadership within in a large complex customer service organisation.
As a Manager Business and Systems Support, you will oversee the Business and Systems Support teams’ delivery of operational, policy and systems advice, provide expert guidance on Driver and Vehicle Services initiatives, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support secure, efficient and customer‑focused service delivery.

There is currently one (1) fixed term opportunity for a period of 12 months, with the possibility of extension(s) or permanency.
The successful applicant or applicants assessed as suitable through this process may receive further offers of employment (fixed term or permanent) in this or similar roles for a period of twelve (12) months from date of first appointment.
We need someone who can
- Provide strong leadership to the Business and Systems Support team ensuring delivery of high‑quality operational, policy and systems advice.
- Apply expert judgement and advice to support Driver and Vehicle Services projects, business initiatives and complex operational matters.
- Build and sustain effective relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders and service delivery partners.
- Act as a trusted liaison point between internal business areas and external agents delivering services on behalf of the Department.
- Operate within governance and compliance frameworks, ensuring sound decision‑making, data integrity and adherence to corporate policies and procedures
