The Role
The Business Support Officers at Joseph Banks SC work in collaboration with the Manager Corporate Services (MCS) to support all areas of college operations, including the Western Australian Space Science Education Centre.
Ideally, the desired applicant would utilise their experience in ensuring daily operations would run smoothly for the Western Australian Space Science Education Centre. This includes customer service, communication with a large range of stakeholders and visitors, scheduling, management of business operations and systems, and financial management processes for WASSEC to meet College systems and processes.
Business Support Officers are fundamental to the administrative operation of the college, and you will ideally possess excellent interpersonal skills combined with the ability to work both in a team environment and autonomously. In-addition you will ideally be able to effectively prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work well under pressure with high level accuracy and attention to detail, with a willingness to be flexible and provide support with various college projects and operations.
