The Role

Applications are invited for the new position of People and Culture Performance Analyst.

Reporting to the Employee Benefits and Renumeration Manager, the role is responsible for providing high quality analytical, reporting and modelling to support People and Culture initiatives, working in close partnership with the organisations Enterprise Data Office to ensure workforce analytics align with enterprise data standards, governance frameworks and strategic reporting requirements.

The role enables an integrated and evidence-based approach to workforce planning monitoring of key people and culture metrics and organisational reporting by translating workforce and people data into meaningful insights that inform organisational planning, capability development and executive reporting.

The Person

You are a performance‑driven people and culture professional who enjoys turning data into meaningful insight. You bring a strong understanding of how performance information supports organisational workforce planning, reporting and decision‑making, and you take pride in delivering accurate, timely and well‑presented analysis that adds value across the business.

You will have the capabilities to analyse, interpret and synthesise workforce and people data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, and develop evidence-based insights using digital tools, systems and analytics platforms.

The Insurance Commission is a State owned Government Trading Enterprise that provides motor injury insurance to 2.7 million Western Australian motorists and manages the self-insurance arrangements of the Western Australian Government.
