As we continue to grow and improve, we are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to join our supportive and driven South West Regional Team.
About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and driven safety leader for our Safety Manager role in the South West Region, based in Bunbury. Not only will you manage your direct team, you’ll play a vital role in guiding and influencing the wider regional workforce to prioritise safety, health and wellbeing. Your leadership will help foster a culture of care and accountability, while driving innovative and practical improvements to our safety processes and practices.
About You
To be successful you will be:
- experienced in managing all aspects of work health, safety and wellbeing in a large organisation with a multidisciplinary workforce in line with Work Health and Safety legislative requirements.
- experienced in providing leadership in the implementation and improvement of workplace safety culture, processes and practices and report on regional safety performance.
- a problem solver with strong attention to detail.
- a strong communicator with an ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
You will need to be able to travel and spend overnight stays to interact with the wider team, sometimes at short notice to undertake investigations and on occasion it may require weekend work.

Additional Information
