About the role
Are you passionate about developing early career talent and ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a motivated and organised Graduate Program Coordinator to join our Workforce Development team.
This role plays a key part in delivering a high quality graduate and cadet program that supports the organisation’s current and future workforce needs. Working collaboratively with the Graduate Program Consultant, you will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, rotations and development activities to ensure a positive and consistent graduate experience.
Key responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate recruitment activities
- Support onboarding and induction processes for graduates and cadets
- Coordinate graduate rotations across the organisation in partnership with business areas
- Organise and administer training and development programs
- Work closely and collaboratively with the Graduate Program Consultant to deliver program initiatives and continuous improvements
- Act as a key point of contact for graduates, cadets and internal stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, professional bodies and external training providers
- Maintain accurate records, reporting and program documentation
- Provide high quality administrative and coordination support to the Workforce Development team

About you
You are organised, proactive and enjoy working in a collaborative environment. You will ideally have:
- Experience in program coordination, administration, human resources, learning and development, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confidence engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders
- A genuine interest in developing early career talent
- Advanced computer literacy skills

All selection criteria listed in the Job Role Statement will be tested throughout the selection process.
The successful candidate will be required to complete a National Police Clearance as part of this recruitment process.
