Position
Profile: Are you a Registered Nurse
who is passionate about delivering high quality clinical
care to infants, children and young people in the
Community?
Exciting
opportunities are now available in CAHS – Community Health
Services in the following areas:
- Child
Health: providing services to families and
children including newborn home visits, developmental
checks from birth to 3 years, and breastfeeding
support.
- School
Health: includes primary schools, high
schools, Education Support Units and enuresis
support.
- Aboriginal
Health team: work with a multidisciplinary
team providing primary health to Aboriginal children
and their families.
These positions are

About Child & Adolescent
Community Health (CACH): Community Health
provides health and developmental assessments, early
intervention and health promotion services for children and
young people.
These services are
provided in the community across the Perth metropolitan
area at community health centres, in schools, home visits
and through telehealth appointments. Services focus on
child health, growth and development, behaviour,
immunisation and supporting families.

Eligibility to
Apply:To be eligible for appointment,
applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed term
appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent
resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in

- Describe
how you would use your communication and
interpersonal skills to resolve a conflict

- A current resume
which summarises your experience and includes both
phone and email contact details of two professional
referees, with at least one being a current/ recent
supervisor/line manager within the last 12
months.
