care.
Your Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate and support internal patient and equipment

activities, ensuring resources are deployed efficiently.
- Receive, triage and distribute service requests using an
electronic task‑allocation system, ensuring tasks are actioned
promptly and accurately.
- Provide courteous, responsive customer service to internal
hospital teams, supporting them with real‑time information and
assistance.
- Manage job queues and prioritise workflows, escalating
requests when required and allocating tasks based on urgency
and service needs.
- Liaise with hospital staff regarding patient and equipment
transfer requirements, environmental cleaning needs, and the
status of work orders.
- Escalate workflow issues to the Support Services
Coordinator – Logistics when additional support or resolution
is required.
- Monitor workflows and task progress using handheld devices,
desktop systems and location‑based technology across the PCH
site.
- Review and monitor key performance indicators related to
environmental, logistics and food services to support
continuous improvement.
- Assist staff with logging service requests, ensuring
accuracy and adherence to internal processes.
