Counsellor.
About the
role
The Counsellor is
responsible for providing counselling, information, advice, and
referral services to callers concerned about their own or someone
else's mental health and/or drug or alcohol use. The role involves
conducting assessments, offering support, and assisting in the
collection of statistical data and resource material. The position
contributes to the ongoing development and improvement of the
Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Support Service.
