This is an opportunity for a strategic and passionate leader to drive organisational initiatives to positively influence culture and performance.

As the Director HR for the OAG, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic direction by delivering high-quality, professional and customer focused human resources services to the Executive Management Group (EMG) and senior leaders.

Your proven leadership and management capabilities will be essential in overseeing the effective delivery of a comprehensive range of human resource functions. This includes leading and managing a team of HR professionals to support the complex and evolving needs of our integrity agency.

Success in this role will require demonstrated experience in the design, development and implementation of innovative workforce and management strategies aligned with organisational objectives. The ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through periods of change will also be critical.
