The Construction Training Fund has one Permanent Full Time position available.
Who are we?
The CTF is a small team responsible for administration of a levy on all building and construction works in Western Australia. We use this levy to assist in a skilled workforce by funding training and programs for apprentices, trainees and their employers in the building and construction industry.
Our modern offices are based in Belmont with ample free parking onsite.

Job Description
The Business Support Officer supports the business and administrative, facilities and event functions across the CTF. The role provides support to the Human Resource function as well as providing support in arranging meetings, travel and events for the Board.
Selection Criteria
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
- Demonstrated experience providing business and administrative support ideally within a government environment.
- Advanced technical skills using a range of business applications including MS Office Suite, CRM, database, record management and recruitment management systems.
- Sound conceptual, analytical and evaluation skills
- Sound coordination, planning and organisational skills.
- Sound stakeholder and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to improving organisational performance and integrity using a collaborative and team focused approach.
- Sound communication (interpersonal and written), skills including experience liaising with a wide range of people and maintaining confidentiality.
