fixed-term/permanent appointment for 46 hours per fortnight, with
the possibility of extension and/or permanency.

Peel Health Campus is a general
hospital located in the City of Mandurah, 75 km south of Perth on
the doorstep of the south-west, known for its stunning beaches,
internationally significant wetlands, and some of Australia’s most
spectacular waterways for boating, fishing and wildlife. It
originally opened in 1988 as the 32-bed Mandurah District Hospital,
and now operates with 206 licenced beds, bays and treatment
areas.

stretching more than 3300 square kilometres across the southern

Currently we are seeking a
Clinical Nurse to join our waitlist team.
As part of a multidisciplinary team the Clinical Nurse provides
clinical and professional expertise to ensure comprehensive
evidence-based nursing as per Midwifery Board’s Nursing Practice
Decision Flowchart and Elective Surgery Waitlist policy. The
Clinical Nurse is responsible for patient safety and quality of
care through planning, performing, facilitating and evaluating the
delivery of patient care to meet the WA Elective SurgicalTarget
(WEST). Maintains an understanding of waitlist management and the
WA Elective Surgical Target (WEST) directive and the Elective
Access Policy WA and responsible for ensuring patients are managed
according to their clinical need and categorisation and management
of theatre list to meet those clinical requirements.
