About The Role:

As a Project Manager - Construction you will be responsible for the delivery and management of medium complexity construction projects from initiation to close out. The Project Manager - Construction may work with the Senior Project Manager - Construction on the delivery of more complex construction projects to support the delivery of the Department’s strategic directives and outcomes.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Shaping and managing project strategy by contributing to policies, researching housing delivery methods, and staying across industry developments.
  • Delivering medium‑risk projects end‑to‑end and supporting complex projects through resource coordination, governance input, and development of design specifications.
  • Building productive relationships through active stakeholder engagement, providing expert advice, supporting industry partners, and representing the department.
  • Communicating and influencing effectively by consulting, negotiating, preparing high‑level written material, and tailoring messages to diverse audiences.
