About The Role
This role sits within the Security Services branch and plays a critical part in strengthening quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement across security operations. Reporting to the Manager Quality Assurance, you will support a culture of accountability and evidence-based decision making by reviewing operational practices, assessing use of force incidents, and contributing to the development and ongoing refinement of policies, procedures, and assurance frameworks.

Your work will directly support the integrity of security operations, public confidence, and the PTA’s commitment to safe, lawful, and professional service delivery.
