We are looking for a dedicated Welfare
Officers to support our patients and team at Rockinghan General
Hospital.
As a
Welfare Officer, you will:
- Assess and prioritise
patient welfare needs
- Provide direct assistance to
access benefits and other requirements
- Liaise with government and
other service providers to provide necessary
assistance
- Work in conjunction with a
multidisciplinary team in providing a comprehensive social
welfare service for patients.
