The Opportunity
We are seeking to establish a talent pool of proactive and detail-driven Administrative Assistants to support Branches within the Directorate Driver and Vehicle Service.
In the role you will be responsible for accurately processing data, applications and requests, preparing routine correspondence and maintaining records within approved systems. You will respond to internal and external enquiries, analyse information to resolve issues, and deliver high‑quality customer service. Working as part of a team, you will contribute to key performance outcomes through collaboration, efficient administration and a positive, supportive approach.

Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments will be made for this or similar future vacancies (fixed term or permanent) that arise within the next 12 months from date of first appointment across the Department of Transport.
