The Role
Kulin DHS is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Deputy Principal to join our amazing school team. We are ideally looking for a passionate educator who puts students first and thrives in a collaborative, inclusive, and forward-thinking environment.
As a high performing leader, you will provide educational leadership in the school and our community by enacting our school vision, values and moral purpose.
You should be highly capable in leading teaching and learning and be responsible for delivering strategies and targets outlined in the school’s Business Plan. This will include the further development of monitoring data informed teaching practices aligning with our high impact instructional model. You will ideally have the ability to lead improvement, innovation and change across the school.
Applicants should be committed to building the culture of high performance and high care in order to make a positive difference in the lives of our students at Kulin DHS. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are highly valued. You should be able to build strong professional relationships with staff, student, parents, networks and the wider school community.
