As we continue to grow and improve, we are seeking an Asset Management Modelling and Analytics Manager to join our team.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to undertake a management role within an enthusiastic team in the Network Management branch, with this role based in the Don Aitken Centre, East Perth. The branch leads asset management state-wide covering over 18,000 kilometres of state Highways and Main Roads and over 1,100 bridges. The branch is currently focussed on developing and implementing an enhanced asset management system and advancing the use of asset data including strategic and operational asset modelling as an integral part of this journey.
The successful applicant will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Asset Data Systems and modelling applications to support strategic and operational asset management decisions across the organisation.
This position is both challenging and demanding, requiring leadership of a small team dedicated to the research, development, and implementation of asset management information requirements. The role also encompasses the development and oversight of decision support systems and applications, including those related to business intelligence, data analytics, and visualization tools.

- If applicable to you a Degree in Analytics, or other relevant discipline (not mandatory)
- A covering letter including a statement outlining your considerable skill, knowledge and experience in the following four (4) criteria in no more than three (3) pages:
- Developing, implementing and managing asset data systems including one or more of asset modelling, maintenance management information systems, decision support systems, data analytical tools or similar.
- Use of business intelligence and analytics tools for discovering operational insights and intelligent decision making.
- Facilitating and presenting analytics results in a compelling and understandable format.
- Managing employee behaviour, performance and development
