The Role
As the Manager Corporate Services, your central responsibility is to provide comprehensive oversight of the school's critical components, namely financial, physical, and human resources. In this position, you play a key role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the school's operations. This involves supervising school support staff, guiding them in the meticulous administration of tasks related to financial management, asset maintenance, and human resource coordination. Your adept management ensures that the school's financial operations adhere to established standards and contribute to the overall success of the institution.
Working closely with the Principal and executive team, you would contribute to the development of strategic plans that reflect a shared commitment to excellence and positive outcomes for students. The successful applicant should display high‑level communication skills, strong interpersonal capability, resilience, integrity, and self‑awareness, enabling effective collaboration with the leadership team, staff, families, and the wider community.
The successful applicant should ideally possess the ability to prioritise tasks and assist others as needed. They ideally will be very well organised and be able to deliver outcomes, while working to deadlines, in a fast-paced school environment. A high degree of attention to detail is needed to be successful in this role
