Join a team committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students at NMTAFE. We currently have a 12-month temporary appointment available with possible further term and/or permanency.
About the role
In this student‑facing role, you’ll provide proactive wellbeing support, crisis response, and referral assistance across multiple campuses.
You’ll help students identify and manage their wellbeing needs, coordinate support with internal and external services, and offer practical guidance to Lecturers—particularly within youth cohorts. While this role does not deliver counselling or clinical interventions, it plays a vital part in early intervention, safety planning, and ensuring students feel supported and connected.
If you’re passionate about student wellbeing, skilled in crisis response, and thrive in collaborative environments, we’d love to hear from you.
There is an option to accrue an additional two weeks leave each year on top of your standard four weeks annual leave.
