About the role
The Director TAFEWA NTN Collaboration Hub provides strategic leadership for Western Australia’s involvement in the National TAFE Network (NTN), working closely with all five WA TAFE colleges to drive statewide collaboration and national engagement.
In this pivotal role, you will coordinate Western Australia’s NTN activities, ensuring seamless information flow across jurisdictions and strong representation of both metropolitan and regional TAFE contexts. You will establish and lead the TAFEWA NTN Steering Group, fostering collective decision‑making and ensuring WA’s priorities are effectively aligned with national frameworks and initiatives.
You will oversee the operation of the TAFEWA NTN Collaboration Hub, champion innovation through communities of practice, manage WA’s contribution to national projects, and maintain strong relationships with the National Coordination Hub and national stakeholders. The role also leads budget management, reporting, project oversight, and the promotion of NTN activities across Western Australia.
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience providing strategic leadership across complex, multi‑stakeholder environments; building and influencing high‑level relationships; leading large‑scale programs and projects; and managing public sector funding with integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
You will have an option to accrue an additional two weeks leave each year on top of your standard four weeks annual leave.
