Profile
Exciting promotional opportunities are
available for Clinical Nurses within our Child and Adolescent
Community Health team. Join us to deliver high-quality
preventative and early intervention care across a
range of community settings, including Child Health,
Primary and Secondary School Health, Aboriginal Health, and Refugee
Health.

care through evidence-based practice, health promotion, education,
and targeted support strategies, with a strong focus on the social
determinants of health.

educational outcomes for vulnerable children and communities.
As a Clinical Nurse, you will also play a key role in supporting
workforce capability, including:
- Acting as a preceptor, mentoring new staff and graduates
while building clinical skills, decision-making, and
confidence
- Facilitating staff development and ongoing learning
- Supervising and supporting nursing students, Registered
Nurses, and Enrolled Nurses

About Child & Adolescent
Community Health (CACH): Community Health
provides health and developmental assessments, early intervention
and health promotion services for children and young people.
These services are provided in the community across the Perth
metropolitan area at community health centres, in schools, home
visits and through telehealth appointments. Services focus on child
health, growth and development, behaviour, immunisation and
supporting families.
