Hedland Health Campus
maternity unit has an exciting opportunity for an experienced
Clinical Midwife to engage in a Fly-in, Fly-Out (FIFO)
arrangement.
To be successful, you will have...
- Advanced clinical knowledge and experience in the delivery
of evidence-based midwifery care within the Maternity
setting.
- The ability to function as a team leader and team member
within a multidisciplinary environment.
- Well-developed communication (written and verbal) and
interpersonal skills; including effective negotiation, problem
solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated incorporation of quality and risk management
principles within practice.
- Demonstrated digital capability to enable access and use of
available technology for safe patient care and information
availability.
Position Profile:
The primary responsibility of the Clinical Midwife is to manage,
coordinate and deliver competent nursing
care for patients, using leadership and advanced nursing skills
and knowledge relevant to the practice setting.
